Art Theft Alert

Hi everyone,

Sorry for not being very active on here lately. I have been meaning to upload new works, maybe I will upload some this upcoming week sometime.

I never thought the day would come, when I come across one of my pieces on someone elses website claiming artwork that isn't theirs. Sadly people do this more and more everyday. So annoying & pathetic! I have never had any of my works stolen yet, as far as I know. But thank you to :iconvasya27: for informing me about my work being stolen & many others. So now I am letting all of you know about this website, in case some of you do not know about it yet. I think everyone should be informed about it. And I am hoping we can somehow work together and get this site shutdown. I really don't know how to handle this type of situation, considering I haven't had this happen yet; So if any of you have any thoughts or advice on how I should start to handle this or anything I can do at all please please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it. I know stopping art theft can be VERY VERY hard to do, but once again I think if we all work together we can hopefully somehow shut this persons page down.... I have listed the persons website link below. And the piece of mine that they have stolen.

** I have noticed this particular piece of mine that this person has stolen, stole it before I decided to watermark it... & I knew this would bite me in the ass. I know I should have watermarked my artwork right away but I didn't, now I'm paying for it I guess. Even though it doesn't matter much if the artwork is watermarked anyways because it looks like this person stole many works that were already watermarked. I don't know if this makes it even harder for me to resolve considering the watermark was not on my photo the time they stole it. If anyone has any advice..etc on this please feel free to write me a note or comment here. Thank you all for taking time to read this journal!! It would be great if people could spread the word on this website full of stolen art.

I'm glad you like my work that much, that you want to use it....But I will tell you what I tell anyone who asks me this, and I'm really not trying to be mean or anything.. But I will be honest, I don't want ANYONE using my work in any project of theirs. Sorry hopefully you can find something else to fit your book, good luck :D
